Electronic terminological centre: organization of collective work of experts, as service, part of a portal, is intended for gathering and structurization of written data in the hypertext environment, for the purpose of formation of set of terms of certain branch of a science, technics, manufacture, area of art, the public work connected with corresponding system of concepts.
